This package is for the couples who may have already started planning their wedding and who seek assistance to guide them with their planning.
The package includes:
- Initial consultation with the bride and groom, to get to know the couple, their needs and wishes
- Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours or even after official hours when needed
- Minimum three planning meetings between clients and the wedding planner
- Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
- Budget Breakdown and Tracking – Preliminary plan for your wedding budget, monitoring of all payments both made and due.
- Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
- All negotiations and point of contact for every vendor you’ll be using for your wedding day
- personalized service for shopping for wedding items
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
- Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendors services/products
- Assist with the choosing of invitations
- Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding
- Final consultation with the bride, groom and the families to brief on day’s proceedings.
- Customized wedding day schedule for key suppliers
- Final receipt of wedding items to be set up on wedding day, such as cake boxes, wedding invitation, wedding favors, toasting glasses, table numbers, poruwa items/ gifts.
- Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1 – 2 weeks before wedding day
- Make sure table numbers, cake boxes, wedding favors are correctly placed
- On-site coordination and management during the wedding
- Making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
- Work with Band/DJ to establish timing for Grand Entrance, First Dance, Cake Cutting, Champagne toast, Going Away.
- Coordinate the collection of gifts received at wedding to be handed over to pre-arranged individual nominated by the client
- Provide a stress free wedding planning for the bride and groom
